It is particularly effective when used with water-soluble and post-emergent herbicides. Spray solutions formulated with SilibaseAG-2839 Organic surfactants for Plants will completely wet virtually any leaf surface. SilibaseAG-2839 Organic surfactants for Plants has also been shown to increase the amount and the rate of uptake of water-soluble herbicides. This results in more consistent weed control. Enhanced herbicidal efficacy has been most evident on broadleaf and woody brush weed species. SYLGA RD 309 has been shown to be less effective in enhancing performance on perennial grass weed species. Suggestions for Use: Miticides, Fungicides and Insecticides: Use 1/4 to 1-1/2 pints (4 to 24fl.oz.) of SilibaseAG-2839 Organic Surfactants for Plants per 100 gallons of spray solution. Treat a small area first and observe before full-scale applications. NOTICE: Do not apply to tree fruit or other sensitive crops without first consulting your Wilbur-Elis field man or salesperson. Plant Growth Regulator: Use 1.5 to 13.0 fl. oz. of SilibaseAG-2839Silicone Surfactant per 100 gallons of spray solution. Rate dependent on dilute or concentrate application. For Use With RETAIN®: Use 6.5 to 13.0 fl. oz. of SilibaseAG-2839 Organic Surfactants for Plants per 100 gallons of spray solution. Rate based on a maximum of 100 gallons of water per acre.
